Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard & Switch (Please ensure you enter the original address to which your credit card is registered). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling Delivery/shipping charges where applicable are derived from approximate weight of product/s purchased including packaging. Delivery charges will be shown before the final order is processed. Delivery charges are subject to VAT.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order of any stock item to you within 24 hours* after processing (Please allow 1 day for processing) to the UK Mainland during normal business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
*Note: 24 hour delivery is only available when selected. If standard delivery is chosen, please allow up to 5 working days.

Stock items ordered on Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays & Out of Hours will be dispatched on the nearest working day after your order has been processed. Please allow 1 day for processing.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
